Meet the Team

Engishon Emaa Foundation was initiated by two visionary Maasai men: Baraka Lekera Mollel and Saringe Naing'ola Lekoyo. Through their own hustling and strugling experience, the two founders decided to support their Engare Sero community to approach their right to education, land right, preservation of their culture, defend women and human rights, access to better health care and economical and social strenght.

What started 2019 with a dream of these two Maasai men, became an organization in 2022. Since then, the organization has made a strong name for itself and is constantly growing - by firmly involved members, volunteers and supporters.

Volunteering

The Volunteer Program is our longest running initiative. We believe that making a difference is not only possible, but vital.

At Engishon Emaa Foundation, volunteering is a source of great pride for our nonprofit organization. We would be happy to discuss with you what volunteering might look like and how we can best support each other. Please contact us directly for this.
