Enjoy your authentic Maasai Experience
For a truly immersive experience that allows real cultural exchange and helps break down stereotypes, we offer overnight accommodation in an authentic Maasai boma at Lake Natron. A traditional boma consists of several small houses made of natural materials, built in a circle. The cattle are fenced in the middle at night.

Our “guest houses” are simply furnished, but offer our guests real beds, as sleeping on the floor (which is common among the Maasai) is too unfamiliar and uncomfortable for many. We look forward to your visit and to bringing you a little closer to the life of the Maasai.
A stay in our boma can be easily combined with a longer safari, for example through the Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti National Park and of course with numerous activities at Lake Natron itself. The price of 200 $ is per person and includes two nights in our boma.
